Step 1: Locate the registration link from your organisation

  • What to look for: Your organisation (such as your university, college, or workplace institution) should have provided you with a registration link via email or posted it on your student portal. This link is essential, as it connects your account to the organisation’s subscription.
  • Tip: It’s important to sign up for Perlego by following the instructions provided in this link. If you haven’t received it, check your spam or junk folders, or contact your institution’s administrator or IT team for help.

Step 2: Open the registration link

  • How to Use It: Once you’ve located the link, click on it to start the registration process. This link will direct you to a Perlego sign-up page tailored to your institution.

Important Notes:
  • Only use the specific link provided by your organisation to ensure you’re properly connected to the institutional account.
  • Ensure the email address you’re entering is valid and that you have full access to the inbox to receive important notifications. This will allow you to receive the 2FA verification code and change or reset your password in the future if needed.

Step 3: Create your Perlego account (Existing Users)

If you already have a Perlego account, you may be prompted to link it to your organisation’s subscription. In this case, please contact your institution’s administrator or IT team for assistance; they can raise a ticket within their organisation’s subscription manager for us to transfer your subscription to your organisation’s Perlego plan.
