Change your Perlego email address

To change the email address associated with your Perlego account, follow these simple steps to ensure uninterrupted access and maintain your saved content within your subscription.

Step 1: Log in to your Perlego Account

  • Navigate to the Perlego Website: Open your web browser and go to Perlego’s website.
  • Sign In: Use your current email address and password to log in to your Perlego account.

Note: Please ensure that the new email address you want to use is not associated with an existing subscription.

Step 2: Go to Account Settings

  • Access Your Profile: Once logged in, click on your profile icon in the upper right corner of the screen.
  • Select Account Settings: From the dropdown menu, select "Settings" to open your account details page.

Step 3: Edit your Email Address

  • Find the Email Section: In the Account Settings, locate the section that displays your current email address.
  • Type in your new email address: Type in the new email address you want to associate with your Perlego account.
  • Save Changes: After entering the new email, click "Save Changes" to apply these change.

Step 6: Log in with your new email

  • Sign Out and Sign In: Log out of your account and sign back in using the new email address and your existing password to ensure the change was successful.

Ensure that you’re entering a valid email address and following each step correctly.

Unable to change the address:

If you aren’t able to make changes, you can raise a ticket in your subscription manager using this form. Please include the following details, and we’ll guide you through updating your email address:

    • Your Organisation’s Name

    • Previous Email Address

    • New Email Address
