Learn how to navigate the Users tab in the Subscription Manager and how to manage subscriptions and users through the Manage Users table.
The first tab in the Subscription Manager, located on the left sidebar of the page, is the Users tab. In this page, you will get an overview of your subscriptions and users, allowing you to manage their access in one simple space.
At the top of the page, you'll find details on your total purchased subscriptions and the number yet to be redeemed.
At the centre of the screen is displayed the Manage Users table, offering insights into registered or invited users. Here's what you can see:
- First name, last name, and email used for registration or invitation.
- Subscription status:
- "Assigned": Indicates that the user has an active subscription and full access to Perlego.
- "Revoked": Signifies that the user previously had access to Perlego but their access has been revoked. They are no longer utilising one of your subscriptions. Read more about revoking and reassigning subscriptions here.
- "Invite Pending": Means that you've sent an invitation to the user to join your Perlego account, but they haven't accepted the invite yet. Read more about inviting users here.
- Redemption date: Indicates when the subscription was activated.
- Last active: Shows the user's last activity on Perlego.
- Tags: Displays any tags assigned to the user for organizational purposes. Read more about tags here.
Above the table, you'll find filters to sort users by status, tag, and last activity. You can also download a CSV file with all user information.
Use the search functionality on the top right to find specific users quickly.
