Are you or any of your users experiencing any issues (from the book not loading, to images being misplaced or illegible font) with a book? This article provides you with a guide on a few steps you an take to address the issue.
As a few first troubleshooting steps, you can try:
- logging out on all devices and then logging back in
- clearing your cache and cookies - or trying in a new incognito tab on your browser
- disabling any VPN or browser extensions
- opening the book in a different kind of browser (e.g. FireFox, Safari)
- opening the book on a different device (in the app is helpful too)
- opening the book on a different network connection (WiFi or cellular)
- restarting your device
We also suggest checking that your operating system and browsers are up to date with the latest versions for the best performance.

- a screenshot of the error if possible (this helps us figure out exactly what you're looking at)
