This articles offers you a quick overview of the tagging functionality, explaining how tags can be created, edited and removed.
Once you have created an access link, you will have the option to assign ‘tags’ to users who register with this link. Once a user registers with the link, the tags will be visible in your Manage Users Table. It’s worth noting that the same tag can be used across multiple links. For example, you can add both ‘Subject’ tags as well as ‘Student’ tags against the same link.
From your Manage Users Table, you can use the tags filter to organise your users in bulk and perform bulk actions such as revoking all users with a specific ‘tag’.
You can also add or remove tags against users after they have registered, by selecting the tickbox next to that user in the Manage Users Table.
