Include Perlego on your website

This article provides guidance on how institutions can inform students about their Perlego subscription through their website, emails, and library platforms. It includes examples, suggested copy, and best practices for embedding or linking Perlego to your website and via email to make access seamless for students.

If you provide Perlego to all or most of your students, we encourage you to inform them about their Perlego subscription via email and on your institution’s website, to help students make the most of their access to Perlego. Including information about Perlego on your library’s website helps reduce requests for library staff and highlights your institution’s commitment to providing accessible learning resources.

Perlego can also be embedded into reading lists or linked directly within your library catalogue, so students are guided to the platform as soon as they search for a book or course material. Please let us know if you would like any support with this. Many partners choose to incorporate a log-in link on their library website to make it easy for students to navigate directly to Perlego. You can find examples of how other partners have included Perlego on their websites here:

It is recommended to note that this guidance is not appropriate for institutions that only provide access to a small cohort of students.

Below is a sample copy you can add to your website with space at the bottom to insert your institution's specific sign-up instructions or link:
