Cancel your contract

Follow these steps for a simple contract cancellation process

At Perlego, we value our relationship with each of our clients and understand that circumstances may change. If you find yourself needing to end your subscription, we're here to assist you through the process.

Contact Your Account Manager

To initiate the cancellation of your contract, simply reach out to your dedicated Account Manager via email at least 30 days before the end of your contract term. Please be aware that if we do not receive a cancellation request at least 30 days before the end of your contract term, your subscription will automatically renew as per the terms of your agreement.

Smooth Transition

Once your request is received, your dedicated Account Manager will take care of the necessary steps to revoke your subscriptions at the end of the contract term. Once revoked, user subscriptions will be automatically transitioned into direct-to-consumer subscriptions. This means users will retain the choice to access Perlego’s library of resources through their own individual accounts. All activity and information stored in their accounts, including highlights, saved books, notes, and more, will be retained.

As part of our commitment to improving our services, you will also be asked to complete a brief survey about your experience with Perlego. Your feedback is invaluable to us as we continuously strive to improve our services, and helps us identify areas for enhancement.
