      Get access to Perlego’s marketing materials & assets

      In this article you will find all the resources and materials you might need to promote Perlego within your organisation and support your users.

      Marketing assets

      We have put together a folder of materials for you to use when promoting Perlego internally. For example, you may want to use these for onboarding emails or on your library or learning system website.

      Here is an example of a registration email you could share with your users to invite them to Perlego. Feel free to take this as inspiration or adjust the wording as you wish. As a reminder, we also have a feature in the Subscription Manager that allows you to send email invites directly from the platform. Read more about email invites here.

      First email to students

      Dear [first name],

      You now have access to a free Perlego account, where you can make the most of an online library of more than 1,000,000+ academic books and studying tools.

      Here are the details of your unique group, just follow the link to sign up. Please do not share these details with anyone else:

      1. Click on THIS {insert unique registration link to your organisation} link
      2. Enter your name, email address and password
      3. Watch the Welcome to Perlego video
      4. Join an upcoming webinar with Perlego, to see a live demonstration and Q&A, or watch a tutorial video.

      You can access your Perlego account on your desktop, or on the app (on smartphones or tablets) so you can read from wherever or whenever you want.

      Hello [First name],

      I noticed you haven't signed up for your Perlego account yet! Please don't forget to do so as soon a possible, as your course leaders will be using Perlego to share reading material for your course throughout the term.

      Here are the instructions to create your account:

      1. Click on THIS {insert unique registration link to your organisation} link
      2. Enter your name, email address and password
      3. Watch the Welcome to Perlego video
      4. Join an upcoming webinar with Perlego, to see a live demonstration and Q&A, or watch a tutorial video.
