Filters are located on the top left hand side of the Manage Users table.

  1. Filtering by status allows you to organise by ‘Assigned’, ‘Revoked’ and ‘Invite Pending’ users. ‘Assigned’ users are those with active, registered Perlego accounts. ‘Revoked’ users are those who no longer have access to their institutional Perlego subscription because you have removed their account access. ‘Invite pending’ users are users you have invited to register via the ‘Email invite’ functionality, but have not yet registered their accounts. Because their accounts are not yet active, ‘invite pending’ users do not take up a subscription until they have successfully completed registration. Screenshot 2024-04-18 at 11.53.29
  2. Filtering by tag allows you to view users who registered against a link(s) with these specific tags assigned. If you only wish to see ‘assigned’ users with a certain tag, you will need to apply two filters. Screenshot 2024-04-18 at 12.59.06
  3. Filtering by ‘Last activity’ allows you to view users who have last signed into Perlego within a certain timeframe. This will give you a good indication of the most/least active users on the platform. Screenshot 2024-04-18 at 13.00.45

It’s worth noting that any filters applied will be reflected in the exported CSV if you choose to ‘Download CSV’ of your users. If you wish to download the list of users in their entirety, ensure that no filters are currently applied.
