About Single Sign-On (SSO) login

Single Sign-On (SSO) integration simplifies online access by allowing one set of credentials to be used across multiple platforms. This enhances convenience and security by eliminating the need for separate login information for each.

Perlego supports the following Single Sign-On (SSO) systems:

How does SSO work on Perlego?

Setting up SSO on your Perlego account will mean that:

  • Any new users will be forced to log in via the SSO Identity Provider (IdP)
  • SSO users will not be able to edit their personal information (first name, surname, email address) in Perlego

If you have existing users from before SSO is enabled, you can request they are migrated with your Account Manager. Please raise a support tickets through this form. Check out this article for more information around customer support tickets.

Automatic Account Creation

Automatic Account Creation allows any user with the right email domain to automatically create a Perlego account within their organisation. We can support this for both SSO and non-SSO organisations.

Automatic Account Creation is complementary to SSO. It means if you would like to restrict access to your Perlego account to only users within specific email domains, we can configure the sign-up and login flow to automatically allow them to log in via SSO, without the need to use an access code.

Learn how to set up the Auto Account Creation functionality in this article.
