How to download a HAR file
Provide a HAR file so our technical team have further details to resolve your issue
Sometimes our Support team may need extra details about what’s happening in your browser to help troubleshoot an issue. In these cases, we may ask you to record a HAR file (HTTP Archive file), which logs the network requests made by your browser.
⚠️ Important: HAR files can include sensitive data, such as cookies, form submissions, and the pages you visited while recording. Please handle them carefully and only share them directly with Perlego support.
This guide shows you how to create and send us a HAR file using the browser you’re working in.

Sending Your HAR File to Perlego Support
Once you’ve generated the HAR file:
-
Save it with a clear name (e.g.,
perlego_issue.har
). -
If it's a large file, compress (zip) the file if possible — this helps reduce file size.
-
Attach it directly to your email or upload it to the ticket you have open with us.
👉 Please don’t share HAR files publicly, as they may contain sensitive information.
